Welcome to TechErik's Assisstant, a Discord application developed and maintained by TechErik Development.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TechErik's Assisstant ("the Bot", "the Service").
By interacting with the Bot, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the Bot.
2. Description of the Service
TechErik's Assisstant provides Discord-based tools supporting the operations of TechErik Development.

3. Eligibility
Users must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and comply with all applicable laws.
The Bot must not be used by individuals prohibited from using Discord or its services.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Bot, you agree not to:
- Abuse, spam or intentionally disrupt its functionality.
- Submit fraudulent orders, misleading reviews or false information.
- Harass, threaten or impersonate other individuals.
- Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or gain unauthorised access to administrative functions.
- Use automated systems to overload or interfere with the Bot.
- Submit unlawful, malicious or otherwise prohibited content.
TechErik Development reserves the right to restrict access to users who violate these Terms.
5. Tickets and Orders
The Bot may allow users to submit service requests, enquiries and orders.
Submitting a ticket does not automatically constitute an accepted order, a binding agreement or a guarantee of service.
Any paid services, project requirements, prices and delivery arrangements must be agreed separately with TechErik Development.
Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate and relevant.
6. Reviews and Feedback
Users may submit reviews based on genuine experiences with TechErik Development.
Fraudulent, abusive, misleading or inappropriate reviews may be moderated or removed.
Reviews may be displayed within the relevant Discord server. Users should avoid including sensitive personal information in publicly visible feedback.
7. Administrative Access
Certain commands and functions are restricted to authorised administrators or staff members.
Attempting to bypass permissions or access restricted features without authorisation is prohibited.
8. Service Availability
TechErik Development aims to maintain the Bot's functionality but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Bot may experience downtime, technical errors, maintenance periods or unexpected interruptions.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Use of the Bot may involve the processing of personal information necessary to provide its features.

10. Intellectual Property
The TechErik's Assisstant name, original branding, custom functionality and other original materials developed by TechErik Development remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Users may not falsely claim ownership of, or affiliation with, TechErik Development.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TechErik Development is not responsible for service interruptions, unexpected technical failures or losses arising from misuse of the Bot.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
12. Suspension and Termination
TechErik Development may suspend or restrict access to the Bot where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, technical issues or violations of these Terms.
Users may stop using the Bot at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the Bot, applicable laws or operational requirements.
The latest version will be made available through TechErik Development's official channels.
